You can only pay with VISA or Mastercard. BTH uses PayEx paymentsolutions (www.payex.se), which is PCI-certified of VISA and MasterCard. The certification is achieved through very high requirements on systems and network security, continuous monitoring and a very strict security policy. The certificate is issued for 12 months and must be renewed annually. Sensitive payment information, for example card numbers, are for security resons not stored in the shop. All information is encrypted on the payment sides at PayEx, secured with SSL-certificate.

Processing of personal data:
The processing of personal data at BTH is done in order to be able to carry out the duty as a college and state authority through education, research and collaboration with society.
BTH is responsible for providing the personal data necessary for this purpose to collect and processes it and that a legal basis exists for this.
The most common reasons why BTH needs to process your personal data is that you are a student, employed, looking for a service, attending an event at the college or participating in a research study.
BTH is responsible for ensuring that all processing of your personal data is protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures and that the measures must be such that they ensure a safety level that is appropriate in relation to the risk of the treatment.
Since BTH is a state authority that is subject to the publicity principle, this means that messages and other information sent to the university will become public documents. If your personal data is in a public document, BTH may, upon request, disclose these, unless confidentiality according to the Publicity and Secrecy Act (2009: 400) prevents this.
BTH may also disclose your personal information to others who need to access them as a result of a task of public interest, as part of the exercise of authority or due to a legal bond that BTH has. For example, disclosure of information on students takes place regularly to CSN and Statistics Sweden and information on employees must, among other things, submitted to the Swedish Tax Agency.
Personal data at BTH is preserved as long as it is necessary for the purpose of the treatment and in accordance with applicable legislation. Most personal data processed by BTH need to be stored at the university in accordance with the archives (199: 782) and the National Archives' regulations.
